A NEW SOUND IN A HISTORIC CHURCH

Pastors and ordained ministers, Rob and Linda King, along with Trustees Leroy Gowe and David Miller host the non-denominational services at St. John's on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM.  Licensed in ministry with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in 1982 and involved with Cornerstone Television for seven years in the Pittsburgh area before moving to Tilghman, Rob and Linda bring a new sound of contemporary worship to the Island. Rob blows the shofar at the beginning of services, symbolic of God announcing His presence as the sound of the trumpet waxed louder and louder on Mount Sinai detailed in Exodus 19:19.

BECOME A PART OF OUR FAMILY

Come as you are to worship with us. The Sunday services start at 10:00 AM. We have a diverse group of people who attend. Local watermen, Catholic believers, those with Episcopal and Presbyterian backgrounds, Pentecostals, Charismatics, tourists, boaters and those who have never been in a church before... all are welcome.  If it has been awhile since you attended church, you will appreciate the contemporary style of music and the simple preaching at St. John's. We care deeply for the people of Tilghman and the Bay Hundred area and are dedicated to seeing them grow and prosper in the abundant life that is found in Christ
